Personally, I found this season to be the best yet. Each season has transitioned smoothly, but this one truly stands out as the pinnacle of the series thus far. While “Yellowstone” delivers on the expected high tension and drama, its true essence shines through in moments of quiet introspection. There’s something profoundly moving about scenes where characters engage in heartfelt conversations against the backdrop of a crackling fire or a breathtaking sunset. This season encapsulates all these elements, and I hope this trend continues in the future.
A modern Western infused with drama and showcasing the stunning landscapes of America’s frontier? Count me in every time.
Without giving away any spoilers, I must admit I’m quite discerning when it comes to recommending TV shows. However, “Yellowstone” has won me over completely. While it may not cater to every viewer’s taste, it comes pretty close. Maybe it’s just my bias speaking, but I can’t get enough of “Yellowstone.”
In terms of special features, the Blu-ray edition of “Yellowstone: Season 3” offers over four hours of bonus content. This includes a never-before-seen featurette providing insights into the making of the season with commentary from Kevin Costner and Taylor Sheridan, an exploration of the series with director Stephen Kay, and an interview with special effects supervisor Garry Elmendorf discussing his team’s contributions to the show. If you’re looking for behind-the-scenes glimpses and in-depth analysis, this Blu-ray has got you covered.
Considering everything I’ve mentioned, I wholeheartedly recommend owning “Yellowstone: Season 3” without hesitation. It’s one of the most riveting shows currently on television, and I’ve thoroughly enjoyed every moment of it. I eagerly anticipate what the next season holds in store. And for those with Comcast, all three seasons are available on Peacock with some ads. So, don’t hesitate to grab a copy of “Yellowstone: Season 3” from your local retailer today—it’ll make a fantastic stocking stuffer for any fan of the show come Christmas.
