The film follows the ten-year relationship between Tobias (Andrew Garfield) and Almut (Florence Pugh), two people from very different worlds. Tobias works at Weetabix, a cereal company, while Almut is an up-and-coming chef. Their paths cross unexpectedly when Tobias, freshly served with divorce papers, goes to a department store to buy a pen to sign them but is accidentally struck by Almut’s car.
