The Union, directed by Julian Farino and written by Joe Barton and David Guggenheim, delivers a thrilling ride packed with double agents, high-speed chases, and action-filled sequences set in exotic locations worldwide. The film begins with a gripping scene: a failed mission where a rogue former CIA analyst steals classified information that threatens the lives of every current and former secret agent.
Enter Mike (Mark Wahlberg), an unassuming construction worker who is recruited by his former high school sweetheart, Roxanne (Halle Berry), to track down the missing analyst. With his ordinary background and latent potential as a spy, Mike proves to be an ideal candidate. After undergoing a crash course in espionage, Mike and Roxanne set off on a high-stakes mission to thwart the rogue analyst and prevent a disastrous black market auction.
