The premise alone is wild enough to spark intrigue, but what truly takes it up a notch is the reaction of Hub’s devout Christian mother, Kitty—who, surprisingly, takes her son’s undead bounty-hunting gig in stride. Her nonchalant attitude adds an unexpected layer of absurdity and charm to the chaos that unfolds.
First off, Beth Grant is an absolute scene-stealer as Kitty. She’s not just hilariously unfazed by her son’s undead mission—she’s also a total badass in her own right. Her unwavering faith doesn’t soften her edge; if anything, it adds a comedic twist to this already eccentric tale. At first glance, Kitty seems like your sweet, God-fearing mom just trying to keep her son on the straight and narrow.
