The European leg of the Eras Tour commenced on May 9 for the You Need To Calm Down singer. At her concert in París La Défense Arena in France, fans were treated to numerous surprises, including changes in outfits and choreography.

Displaying her trademark creativity, Swift cleverly incorporated a ‘swag surf’ dance reference during her performance of So High School, a song often associated by fans with Kelce. The dancers’ initial positioning on bleacher-like steps further underscored the homage to the NFL star.

It’s worth noting the Kansas City tradition: the team’s fondness for F.L.Y’s Swag Surfin song, which they dance to before every game.

During a January episode of the New Heights podcast, the Kelce brothers revealed that the song has been their anthem since joining their respective teams. By including the dance move in her set, Taylor Swift expressed her admiration for the Kansas City tight end.

Swift has vibed to Swag Surfin before Klece’s matches

Last year and in early 2024, when the team played at the Arrowhead Stadium, the presence of the Shake It Off singer on the podium boosted spirits. Swift, accompanied by friends Blake Lively and Ice Spice, joined in the pre-match excitement, grooving to Swag Surfin. Among her companions were Brittany Mahomes, wife of Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes, and Kelce’s mother, Donna. Concert attendees also noted the pervasive presence of the classic Kansas City colors, red and gold, adding to the vibrant atmosphere. Fans in the UK were treated to an extravagant rendition of the historic Eras Tour.
