According to a report from Zee Hindustan, cited by DNA India, Kapil Sharma allegedly commands a fee of Rs 26 crore for a set of 5 episodes, equating to Rs 5 crore per episode. Sunil Grover, another comedian on the show, reportedly charges Rs 25 lakh per episode, while Archana Puran Singh earns around Rs 10 lakhs per episode.
Other comedians such as Krushna Abhishek, Kiku Sharda, and Rajiv Thakur charge approximately Rs 10 lakh, Rs 7 lakh, and Rs 6 lakh per episode, respectively. The Great Indian Kapil Show premiered on March 30 and has featured celebrities including Ranbir Kapoor, Neetu Kapoor, Riddhima Kapoor, Diljit Dosanjh, Parineeti Chopra, and Imtiaz Ali.
