Following the pitch, Vineeta and Radhika share their personal experiences of the distressing NICU journey and the challenges faced by parents. The founders then proceed with a product demo, emphasizing its ability to facilitate the transition of babies from NICU care. They delve into their customer segments, CSR models, revenue generation through hospitals, and manufacturing process. The Sharks are impressed by the grants received but express concerns about revenue growth and valuation alignment.

The entrepreneurs address the queries, highlighting the rising popularity of coordinated fashion in India and the suitability of cotton co-ords for tropical climates. They elaborate on their unique prints, techniques, and designs, emphasizing their distinctiveness in the market. However, the Sharks express concerns about the pricing strategy and delve into the unit economics and the potential for design replication.

Despite reservations from most Sharks, Ritesh extends an offer of Rs 40 Lakhs for a 3% equity stake plus Rs 35 Lakhs debt at 10% interest for 3 years, which the founders accept.
