Plan A Plan B Story :-
The narrative of the film revolves around Nirali Vora, played by Tamannaah Bhatia, and Kaustubh Chougule, portrayed by Riteish Deshmukh. Nirali is a firm believer in the sanctity of marriage for everyone but herself, while Kaustubh is a successful divorce lawyer with a cynical view of marriage, famously stating, “Marriage is just a journey from the bedroom to boredom.”

Director Shashanka Ghosh’s “Plan A Plan B” thrives on the chemistry between Nirali and Kaustubh. However, it falls short of replicating the success of Ghosh’s previous work. Despite a promising premise provided by Rajat Aroraa, the narrative lacks depth in exploring the characters’ pasts, leaving the audience somewhat detached from their journey. While the storyline unfolds without many surprises, it maintains a steady pace, punctuated by memorable moments. The soundtrack adds emotional depth to the romantic drama.
Riteish Deshmukh delivers a commendable performance as Kaustubh, infusing his character with a perfect blend of humor and sincerity. Tamannaah Bhatia portrays Nirali’s vulnerability and strength convincingly, adding layers to their characters’ mutual disdain. However, their on-screen chemistry falls short of igniting the sparks expected from a romantic pairing.
Supporting cast members, including Poonam Dhillon as Nirali’s mother and Prithviraj Uday Sarnaik as Kabeer, contribute to the film’s dynamics. Despite their efforts, the portrayal of Nirali and Kaustubh’s friends feels clichéd and uninspired.
Clocking in at 106 minutes, “Plan A Plan B” follows a predictable formula while aspiring for ambition. Although it doesn’t reach the heights of iconic romantic classics, it offers a glimpse into the lives of two individuals diametrically opposed to each other. While not groundbreaking, it’s worth considering for a one-time viewing experience.
