Nikamma Story :-
The story revolves around Adi, a young man portrayed by Abhimanyu Dassani, who finds himself aimless and devoid of purpose. He resides with his sister-in-law Avni, played by Shilpa Shetty, who works as an honest officer in the Regional Transport Office (RTO). Initially, there exists a disconnect between Adi and Avni, but as circumstances unfold, Adi discovers Avni’s unwavering support and sacrifices for him. Their bond strengthens when Adi decides to protect Avni from Vikramjit, a nefarious businessman with political aspirations, portrayed by Abhimanyu Singh.

Directorial Approach: Director Sabbir Khan’s adaptation of the Telugu film “Middle Class Abbayi” strives to portray the dynamics of a middle-class family grappling with challenges. However, the execution falls short of delivering a compelling narrative. Despite occasional moments of humor and intense action sequences, the film struggles to sustain audience engagement. The pacing feels sluggish, with the plot taking too long to address its central conflict. Weak storytelling, editing, and direction further undermine the film’s impact.
Character Analysis: Adi, portrayed by Abhimanyu Dassani, embodies the archetype of a directionless youth searching for meaning in life. Despite showing promise as an actor, Dassani’s performance is hindered by lackluster writing and direction. Avni, played by Shilpa Shetty Kundra, emerges as a beacon of integrity and strength, despite limited character development. Shirley Setia’s character Natasha offers little scope for her acting prowess to shine, with the romantic subplot between her and Adi failing to resonate.
Supporting Cast: The film features a talented ensemble cast, including Sachin Khedekar, Samir Soni, Vikram Gokhale, and comedian Sudesh Lehri. However, their roles are relegated to minor parts, underutilizing their potential.
