Story
Following the 2016 Kashmir unrest, Rajeshwari Swaminathan from the Prime Minister’s Office selects Zooni Haksar, a young local field agent, for a covert operation. Their goal? To combat terrorism and dismantle the billion-dollar conflict economy in the valley by achieving the seemingly impossible task of abolishing Article 370. Their mission is to accomplish this feat without causing harm to any innocent lives.
Directed by Aditya Suhas Jambhale, a two-time national award winner, the film “Article 370 Story” delves into the real events surrounding the Indian government’s decision on Article 370. Starring Yami Gautam and Priya Mani, the film is produced by Jyoti Deshpande, Aditya Dhar, and Lokesh Dhar.
The teaser for the film was unveiled on January 20, 2024, followed by the release of the first song, “Dua,” on February 2, 2024. The official trailer, spanning 2 minutes and 43 seconds, was launched on February 8, 2024, with the entire cast in attendance for the celebration.
“Article 370 Story” is an action thriller inspired by true events that unfolded after the Indian government’s decision regarding Article 370 in Kashmir.
