Kishkindhapuri Review :-

Directed by Koushik Pegallapati, the film strives to blend horror with emotional depth, achieving success in some moments but faltering in others. It opens strongly, weaving mythology into the narrative to add an intriguing layer of mystery. The first half stands out, delivering a compelling setup and well-timed scares. Chaitan Bharadwaj’s background score heightens the tension, while crisp editing maintains a tight pace. The jump scares are well-placed, and the early atmosphere keeps viewers engaged throughout.

Bellamkonda Sai Sreenivas delivers a sincere performance as Raghava, showing strong conviction, especially during the horror-driven first half. However, as the film shifts towards emotional scenes in the second half, his portrayal loses some of its impact. In contrast, Anupama Parameswaran shines as Mythili, maintaining a strong presence even when the pace slows down. The supporting cast also contributes meaningfully—Prema and Tanikella Bharani make memorable impressions in their brief roles, while Hyper Aadi convincingly fulfills his part.

The film’s strongest asset is its first half, delivering genuine horror, suspense, and compelling storytelling. However, an out-of-place romantic song disrupts the momentum and feels unnecessary—time that could have been better spent developing the chemistry between the lead pair. The second half falters by comparison; several scenes come across as rushed and lack proper buildup, making it difficult to emotionally engage. Though the film attempts to deepen the narrative with drama, many of these moments fall flat. The climax is further undermined by subpar VFX, which diminishes the impact of the final sequences.

Kishkindhapuri Trailor :-

Despite its flaws, the film keeps viewers engaged with unexpected twists and compelling performances. While the balance between horror and emotion is uneven, the gripping first half and strong acting make it watchable. Overall, it’s a decent effort that succeeds in building suspense and showcasing solid performances but stumbles in emotional depth, pacing, and technical execution.
