Fixed (Netflix) Review :-
The core of Fixed‘s humor revolves around sex, urination, and defecation—but with a twist, as these topics are explored through adorable dogs trying to preserve their anatomy from human intervention. The film delivers genuine laughs as we follow an overly excited Bull and his canine companions making the most of his final night before his scheduled neutering. Their wild adventure features an intense rivalry with stray cats and a surprisingly violent chase through town after a squirrel—quintessential dog behavior, really.
Fixed is technically solid—light-hearted, short, and easy to watch, keeping the pace breezy throughout. The plot, however, is as generic as it gets when it comes to talking animated dogs. The dialogue is dominated by constant sex talk—really, that’s pretty much all there is. Since it’s an adult animation, that’s not necessarily a problem, but it’s hard to understand why Bull and his friends would be so fixated on just one thing. Then again, I’m no dog expert—maybe that’s all they really think about.
Amidst all the humor about sex, Fixed also touches on friendship and identity in a way that’s surprisingly heartwarming. While still pretty generic, Bull and his friends share a genuine bond that makes you root for their journey. Supported by a fantastic voice cast, the film does its best to entertain with a simple, straightforward plot free of complications. With Adam Devine lending his voice to Bull, viewers are treated to plenty of playful antics as Bull enjoys his last night of fun.
Fixed (Netflix) Trailor :-
In the end, the film celebrates individuality, showing that our differences are what truly define us. It’s a sweet reminder to embrace ourselves fully. While straightforward and not particularly memorable, the film leaves you with a warm feeling and an important message about loving yourself and others just as they are.
Final Thought
Fixed on Netflix is a fun, if forgettable, watch—wholesome at times but also boldly crass. While it doesn’t break new ground, it offers solid entertainment within its brief runtime.
“Fixed” is now streaming on Netflix.
