On Wednesday, Munawar Faruqui found himself caught in the middle of a dispute between two shop owners at Mohammed Ali Road.

Around 1:30 am on Wednesday, Munawar Faruqui, the winner of Bigg Boss 17, visited a sweet shop at Mohammed Ali Road, Mumbai. During his visit, an unfortunate incident occurred where two shopkeepers got into a fight, leading to egg pelting. Munawar was caught in the middle of the brawl. Addressing the incident during an Instagram Live session, Munawar clarified, “There were two shopkeepers involved in a fight. Seeing them fight, I also got agitated. I am fine, no one threw eggs at me. One of the shopkeepers and a police officer were hit by the eggs. There is often jealousy between shopkeepers, but if someone is jealous of their own kind, they are not competitors.”

It was reported that Munawar had agreed to visit a restaurant but ended up going to another eatery, leading to tensions between the restaurant owners. The rivalry between the two establishments escalated into a verbal altercation and eventually egg throwing. Unfortunately, Munawar found himself caught in the middle of the conflict.

The altercation, which occurred at 1:30 am, involved the owners of Noorani Milk Center and Mashallah Cuisine, both located opposite each other. The owner of Mashallah Cuisine initiated the fight. Seven individuals have been booked in connection with the incident.

On the professional front, Munawar Faruqui recently unveiled the first look of his upcoming web show, First Copy, marking his acting debut.
