Ayushmann Khurrana radiated pride in the photos from his tour of the new Parliament building.
Actor Ayushmann Khurrana, who recently visited the new Parliament building in New Delhi, expressed his pride at witnessing the “incredible architectural marvel.” Taking to his Instagram handle, he shared a series of pictures and videos from his visit.
In one picture, he can be seen posing against a wall engraved with the words ‘Satyamev Jayate’. Another photo shows him standing with the Indian flag in the background.
In a video, Ayushmann encouraged people to vote, emphasizing India’s status as the largest democracy and the importance of youth participation. He also praised the artwork within the Parliament, stating, “It’s beautiful. As an artist, you want artists to be recognized.”
Captioning his post, Ayushmann wrote, “Honoured to visit the new Parliament building. Feeling proud witnessing this incredible architectural marvel that represents our shining democracy, our heritage and culture in all its glory. Jai Hind.”
The new parliament building was inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi in Delhi last year. On the work front, Ayushmann Khurrana has made a mark as a successful actor with his debut film, Vicky Donor. Besides acting, he has gained fame in the music industry with hits like “Pani Da Rang” and “Saadi Gali Aaja”. Now, he’s expanding his musical reach to a global audience.
Ayushmann recently signed a global record deal with Warner Music India for his Punjabi track “Akh Da Taara”, which features dreamy and sci-fi visuals and explores themes of breakup, denial, and acceptance. Speaking about the song, Ayushmann expressed excitement about this new venture outside his usual zone.
