Atrangi Re Story :-

Directed by Aanand L Rai and written by Himanshu Sharma, the film introduces us to Rinku’s defiant spirit as she refuses to disclose the name of her love interest to her dictatorial grandmother. Aanand L Rai and Himanshu Sharma once again demonstrate their knack for storytelling, presenting audiences with a unique and complex love story set against the backdrop of contrasting characters and circumstances. While the first half of the film captivates with its novelty and charm, the narrative loses steam in the second half, becoming repetitive and tedious at times.
Despite its flaws, the film maintains a thread of humor throughout and addresses mental health issues with sensitivity. Dhanush delivers a standout performance, effectively portraying Vishu’s range of emotions, while Sara Ali Khan shines with her spunky portrayal of Rinku. Akshay Kumar makes a memorable appearance as Sajjad, leaving a lasting impact despite limited screen time.
The film’s production design by Nitin Zihani Choudhary and cinematography by Pankaj Kumar add richness and vibrancy to the visuals, capturing the essence of the various cities where the story unfolds.
