Discussions surrounding the Rohit Shetty-hosted stunt-based reality show Khatron Ke Khiladi 14 have already started. While there’s a strong buzz about the potential contestants this season, speculations suggest that participants might be drawn from the previous season of Bigg Boss and Bigg Boss OTT. Amidst ongoing rumors about the lineup, Indianexpress.com has exclusively learned about two confirmed contestants for Khatron Ke Khiladi 14. One of them is Abhishek Kumar, the runner-up of Bigg Boss 17, and the other is Nimrit Kaur Ahluwalia, known from Bigg Boss 16.

According to a source, Abhishek and Nimrit have been locked for Khatron Ki Khiladi 14, while the rest of the contestants are yet to be finalized. Despite rumors suggesting that Bigg Boss 17 winner Munawar Faruqui has also joined the show, his team has denied these reports.

For those unfamiliar, the tentative list of Khatron Ke Khiladi 14 contestants includes names such as Mannara Chopra, Manisha Rani, Abhishek Malhan, Elvish Yadav, Ankita Lokhande, Neil Bhatt, Manasvi Mamgai, Jiya Shankar, Shoaib Ibrahim, Vivek Dahiya, and Helly Shah, alongside Abhishek Kumar and Nimrit Kaur Ahluwalia.

Abhishek Kumar earned the opportunity to participate in Khatron Ke Khiladi 14 during his time on Bigg Boss 17. At that time, he hadn’t confirmed his participation, but now he’s on board. As for Nimrit Kaur Ahluwalia, she recently made headlines for withdrawing from Ekta Kapoor’s LSD2 (Love Sex Aur Dhoka 2). Nimrit had earned a chance to be in the film during her stint on Bigg Boss. However, media reports later indicated that she withdrew due to discomfort with intimate scenes.

Reportedly, Khatron Ke Khiladi 14 will not be held in South Africa this year, with the team seeking a new location. Earlier, there were expectations for the show to air in March, but that didn’t materialize. Now, it’s likely to premiere soon after Dance Deewane concludes.
