In an interview with TV9, Zakir Khan addressed the comparisons with renowned comedian Kapil Sharma. He expressed that he isn’t comfortable being compared to Kapil, acknowledging that he can’t compete with Sharma, whom he considers a ‘pioneer’ in their field. “Kapil’s shows achieved tremendous success, and I benefited from it while I was still a small-time comedian in Delhi. Even after moving to Mumbai, I continued to benefit from his success,” he remarked.
